CAMERAS carry a 1 year limited warranty. DIGITAL X-RAY SENSORS-2 years. PRINTERS-1 year. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, free of charge, all products from the date of original purchase in the event of defects due to materials or workmanship.

Products that have been subject to misuse,abuse,operated contrary to instructions,opened or modified shall void the warranty. Items must be returned freight prepaid in their original packaging or similar packaging, providing protection during shipping. Repaired items will be returned to the customer freight prepaid.We accept no liability for loss or damage to items do to shipping and any such claims must be made with the carrier.

Extended warranties for an additional year are available at an added cost on cameras and x-ray sensors.
